Kingdom Valley Lahore Payment Plan

The pre-launch payment plan is revealed. This includes a 5 Marla plot available in a water-front housing block. The down payment is PKR 450,000/-, 36 monthly installments each of PKR 20,000/-. On confirmation, you’ll have to pay PKR 450,000/-. There are 6 Bi-Annual Payments of PKR 255,000/-. And possession charges will be 900,000/-. Phase-1 of Kingdom Valley Lahore has been granted provisional planning permission by RUDA in accordance with the RUDA Private Housing Schemes Regulations 2021 (Amended).

As such, RUDA has issued a provisional planning permission (Reference: RUDA/D& BC/PPP-01/HS-0086/01 dated 05 October 2023) to Kingdom Valley Lahore for an area spanning 600 Acres situated in Mouza a Koro Tana, Bola Garhi, Katar Band.

It’s important to note that Kingdom Valley Lahore is the only housing scheme to have obtained this provisional planning permission for up to 600 Acres, which remains valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.

The process of obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) for Kingdom Valley Lahore is currently underway. While it is claimed that Kingdom Valley Lahore has secured the NOC, this information is being withheld for market security reasons.

However, Phase I of Kingdom Valley Lahore has obtained provisional planning permission (RUDA/D&BC/PPP-01/HS-0086/01 dated October 5, 2023). Although this permission is provisional and valid for one year, Kingdom Valley Lahore is authorized to confidently proceed with its operations within the approved area spanning 600 acres.
